“First Press” means the olives used in the process were crushed and pressed only once, as soon after harvest as possible. This first extraction product is the purest and highest of quality.

🌿 Mission WA - A medium bodied extra virgin olive oil. Robust with notes of olive in the aroma and a slightly bitter finish.

🌿Frantoio - has a wonderful herbaceous aroma with a hint of citrus.
Tasting notes of fig, green almond, mint and fresh hops with a balanced, peppery finish. 
🌿Pendolino - It’s mouthfeel is complex and fine, rich in spicy notes of black pepper and hints of chicory and lettuce. Elegant bitterness and well expressed spiciness.
